An Owl Pays a Visit to ISU

Students gathered Monday night around 8:00pm when an owl decided to land in a tree near Lincoln Quad. I received a phone call about it from a friend, but unfortunately I arrived after it flew off. The owl apparently sat there for 20 minutes before moving on. ISU student Devery DeBoy took the above pictures of the owl with her cell phone. Several other students pulled out their cell phones and took their own memorable pictures of this beautiful creature.
