Study Abroad Fair

Indiana State recently held the annual Study Abroad Fair in DEDE III. At the fair Sycamore students could meet with staff and students from over fifty different countries. The representatives provided information on how students could spend a semester overseas at near the same price as studying at ISU. Anyone interested in studying abroad should contact Janis Halpern at Janis.Halpern@indstate.edu or by stopping by her office at Stalker Hall room 215.

An Owl Pays a Visit to ISU

Students gathered Monday night around 8:00pm when an owl decided to land in a tree near Lincoln Quad. I received a phone call about it from a friend, but unfortunately I arrived after it flew off. The owl apparently sat there for 20 minutes before moving on. ISU student Devery DeBoy took the above pictures of the owl with her cell phone. Several other students pulled out their cell phones and took their own memorable pictures of this beautiful creature.
